Bring your baby along and bond while taking care of your health. With small class sizes, you’ll receive personalised attention as we focus on mobility, core strength, and full-body workouts. Each session begins with gentle movements to help you reconnect with your body, followed by exercises targeting key postnatal muscles. Meanwhile, your little one can enjoy some toys while you focus on getting fit and feeling fantastic!

I’ve been attending the mummy and me fitness class for a few weeks now and have loved the sessions. It can be really daunting returning to exercise post partum, however Charlotte’s knowledge is fantastic and she makes you feel really at ease. My little boy is always entertained with a variety of toys and Charlotte is great at making sure everyone is kept safe during the class. This class is a must for anyone wanting some me time with the added bonus of taking baby along.
