Introducing Good Boost: A New Way to Move
Thanks to the generous support of the Active for Health Project, we’re delighted to announce that Good Boost is coming to The Nene Centre.
We’re incredibly excited to bring this innovative programme to our community. Aquatic exercise offers huge benefits for people recovering from injury or living with limited mobility, and Good Boost provides a safe, supportive way to build confidence and improve wellbeing.
