The Government and NHS have launched a new five-minute Healthy Choices Quiz, designed to give people across England personalised steps to support better health, improved mood, and increased energy. Research from University College London suggests that around 19 million middle-aged adults could benefit from making a small, healthy adjustment to their daily routine. Even modest increases in physical activity can lift mental wellbeing in as little as four weeks.
The quiz is part of the government’s wider 10-Year Health Plan, which focuses on preventing ill health and empowering people to take control of their wellbeing through simple, accessible digital tools.
