What is Good Boost?
Whether you choose a land-based or pool-based programme, your exercises are created using easy-to-use tablet technology that adapts to your health, symptoms and fitness level. You'll follow gentle, rehab-focused movements that can help improve areas like your back, shoulder, hip or knee, or help you build strength, balance or overall fitness.
The programme consists of two elements:
8 week course - You'll enrol on one of our aqua or land courses, providing weekly 45-minute group sessions. (£48.00 for 8 weeks)
Grab and Go PAYG - You'll get access to ‘Grab & Go’ sessions to complete independently. You can continue to attend these sessions even after your course has ended. (£4.50 per session (non-member), £3.00 per session (member)).

Good Boost Aqua
Personalised aqua exercise programmes for fitness and ‘my focus’ on specific needs and body part regions.
Bump Boost - Aqua Natal
The programme has been designed with mum’s and natal experts to support expectant and new mums be active in the pool.
