Who are InTouch?
InTouch is a fresh vision programme that tackles isolation and loneliness by promoting active lifestyles and wellbeing activities for people aged 65 and over.
Summerfields are working with InTouch to bring you a new social session aimed at keeping the mind and body active in those advancing years. Join us for activities such as Short Mat Bowls, Boccia, New Age Kurling and Table Tennis every Monday 2.00-3.30pm

There will be a host available to initially meet you, introduce you to others and organise the activities, then it's over to you to socialise and try out the sports.
