Chris is a Former Paralympian and British National disabled powerlifter. He competed for 10 years, in which he was British National Disabled Powerlifting Champion. His finest accomplishment was representing GB in the 1988 Seoul, Korean Paralympics. This motivated Chris to help others, regardless of their circumstances to be the best version of themselves they can be.
With 20 years in the health and fitness industry Chris is by far our most experienced personal trainer. He has a wealth of experience and the right tools to help anyone. Chris can help improve the lifestyle and wellbeing of people with specific medical conditions with his in-depth experience and knowledge he has acquired.

Being a busy working mum, she pursued a lifestyle change after having her second son, starting with the basic principles of Yoga & Meditation. The movements and techniques acquired from this, helped benefit her recovery following post natal surgery and allowed her to improve her posture, flexibility and core stability. Ultimately fulfilling a passion for discovering new ways to move the body through the flow and sequence of a Yoga routine, combined with resistance training. Sustaining her weight loss and developing muscle definition. Charlie is now eager to share the rewards and use her experience with you to support, develop and maintain a healthy balanced active lifestyle.
Her ambition is to be able to provide a realistic programme for everyone, taking into account each individuals lifestyle. Millie has been a certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral Specialist for over 7 years.
As a specialist Millie has worked with over 300 clients ranging from professional rugby teams to individuals with medical conditions.
Past experience has enables Millie to designing programmes primarily to focus on improving mental wellbeing as well as an increase in physical fitness.
Millie is passionate about resistance training and loves to get beginners building confidence and strength in the free weights area. Millie uses her own past training experience in body building to help her clients lose fat while maintaining muscle mass as well as her dance studies to help clients with core strength and flexibility.

Dora has been a personal trainer for 6 years. She has two very active and cheeky children, who are 4 and nearly 2 years old. Dora is always on the go, she love basically all physical activities from wakeboarding to climbing. This is her “Me time”.
Dora started training postnatal women after her son was born, and she realised how difficult can it be to get fit and keep fit once you’re a Mum.
Dora's passion is to educate women of their postnatal body, to help them recover after the pregnancy and giving birth and to gain strength in a safe way that helps them with their daily tasks around their children. She is all about body positivity and would like to take the pressure off Women that social media puts on us in terms of how should we “bounce back” to our pre- natal body.
