Conrad describes himself with two simple words “young and hungry”. Specialising in weight training and building muscle mass he is eager to help you become the same. Studying Sport Science in college left him in a state of wanting to make an impact in the fitness industry and more importantly a lasting impact on people’s lives, helping you to build your confidence alongside with improving your physical wellbeing.

Conrad can promise you a very motivating and comfortable environment which will allow you to push beyond your limits and see results fast and consistently. Conrad will utilise his own in-depth knowledge of weight training/ gaining lean muscle mass and losing body fat / gaining abs to improve your health and most importantly attain your fitness goals.

Chris is a Former Paralympian and British National disabled powerlifter. He competed for 10 years, in which he was British National Disabled Powerlifting Champion. His finest accomplishment was representing GB in the 1988 Seoul, Korean Paralympics. This motivated Chris to help others, regardless of their circumstances to be the best version of themselves they can be.

With 20 years in the health and fitness industry Chris is by far our most experienced personal trainer. He has a wealth of experience and the right tools to help anyone. Chris can help improve the lifestyle and wellbeing of people with specific medical conditions with his in-depth experience and knowledge he has acquired.

Strength and power is most definitely Chris’s forte, providing expert coaching on all the big lifts. But the most incredible asset Chris possesses is the ability to be able to build someone's confidence to help them feel comfortable in the gym environment and achieve their fitness goals along the way.
