NEW Junior Gym Sessions

NEW Junior Gym Sessions

10-13 years: 45-minute gym sessions supervised by a fitness instructor

  • Monday-Friday 4.00pm-7.00pm, Weekends 9.00am-2.00pm
  • School Holidays (Monday-Friday) & Bank Holidays 9.00am-7.00pm
  • Sessions start on the hour and are bookable up to seven days in advance, online or in person
  • Initial induction and orientation
  • No free weights

14-15 years: Access during normal gym opening times - no sessions/bookings

  • Learn to Lift course must be completed before using free weights
  • Initial induction and orientation
