Pool in the Park offers lane swimming during all public swimming times in the Competition Pool plus these additional sessions:
Early morning swimming
from 6.00am weekdays.
Adults only swimming
Mondays 2.30pm-4.00pm, 7.30pm-10.00pm,
Fridays 8.30pm-10.00pm (last date 27 October),
Ladies only swimming
You can also enjoy Swimfit - lane swimming with an instructor leading and/or target cards to help you progress.
