Pool Maintenance
Flumes:
The flumes are currently closed to facilitate repair works to the flume access tower, with an anticipated re-opening date of Monday 1 December for both the tower and flumes.
Changing Rooms:
In addition, the lagoon changing rooms will undergo refurbishment. During this time, access will be limited, and some facilities, including the lagoon showers and toilets, will be temporarily closed.
Customers are kindly asked to use the main pool toilets and showers during these periods. Please be aware that during this period there will be workmen on site, both in the pool areas and changing rooms. To ensure privacy during the works, a modesty screen will be installed around the bottom of the flume area.
Waves:
Lagoon rapids, fountain features, and spa pools remain open as normal, however the wave machine is currently out of order pending repairs.
Lagoon Water Temperature:
Please be aware that due to a problem with the boilers, the water temperature in the Leisure Lagoon is cooler than normal.
Please be assured that we are working with Woking Borough Council and contractors to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and anticipate being able to return to normal operating temperatures by the end of this week.
Programme Change
Sunday 14 December
The Competition Pool and Teaching Pool will closed for a gala event. The Leisure Lagoon will be open for public swimming as normal.
