surrey dolphins swim scheme

A swimming programme for those with physical or mental impairments is making a real splash! Dolphins swim sessions are designed to be friendly and open to anyone who feels their physical or mental health would benefit from one of the assisted groups. Swimmers are aided by personal care and in-water volunteers including a physiotherapist. All swim abilities are catered for. Apart from obvious physical health benefits such as increased fitness and weight loss, the groups help support attendees' mental health by providing a weekly activity in a friendly atmosphere at a minimal cost.

surrey aquanauts

Surrey Aquanauts is a friendly and local Surrey dive club. We have a diverse membership, from all walks of life and main strands of UK diving; and you will find scenic divers rubbing shoulders with dedicated wreckies. We have a mixed diving programme, and also offer social events; with annual balls, BBQs, outings and guest speakers. Our dive club doesn't just cater for divers, but aims to provide events for all the family too!!

woking life saving

As well as ensuring the standards of water-based life-guarding, we train teachers, sports coaches, new parents, and members of the public in lifesaving rescue skills.

Our clubs and affiliated centres, prepare young people for competitions, the Duke of Edinburgh's Awards, and GCSE in PE.

We develop values and attitudes that lead to a better respect for the water environment across the community

Woking Snorkel & Scuba

We are an active and friendly BSAC branch based in Surrey. Our snorkelling section is for 8 - 12 year olds and provides a good grounding for moving on to scuba at the age of 14 (our scuba section is solely for our snorkel members to progress into at age 14).
