The Wellness Club is for those who have been recommended or referred by a medical professional to exercise under the supervision of a qualified exercise professional to help improve an existing medical condition.

On being referred to the programme you will be given a referral form from your healthcare professional that you must bring along to your first appointment with your exercise referral consultant.
