The gym at Woking Leisure Centre offers state of the art equipment including a wide range of free weights, cardiovascular machines and workout stations as well as on-hand help and support from our experienced personal trainers.

Whatever your age, experience or level of fitness, we will tailor an exercise programme to help you achieve your goals - and have fun at the same time!

The gym is available on a pay as you go basis or if you work out on a regular basis, we have fantastic membership packages on offer that can save you money!

Gym classes are small group workouts led by one of the fitness instructors using equipment in the gym. These sessions are ideal for people wanting change up their workout, target specific areas and enjoy the motivation and encouragement found in group workouts.

Burn It Circuits

30-minute high intensity small group gym circuits taking you through a range of exercises that will challenge and motivate you whatever your fitness level

  • Tuesdays 9:45am - 10:15am
  • Thursdays 4:15pm - 4:45pm

Please ensure that you complete a Health Declaration Form prior to your first workout in the gym and notify us if there are any changes to your general health so that we can help to ensure that you are exercising safely.

Health Referral

Health Referral

Our Health Referral Programme offers customers a range of opportunities specifically designed for less active customers with recognised medical conditions. Referred clients are offered specific individual programmes designed by fully qualified advisors as well as 1 to 1 support, following a full health assessment. The programme offers unlimited sessions of activity over 12 weeks within our facilities including the gym, swimming, fitness classes and caoching sessions.

Our health referral programme offers condition specific sessions, such as Cardiac Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation (COPD) and Falls Prevention alongside individual programmes for a range of other medical conditions. Speak to your GP or Physiotherapist who can advise further and refer you if appropriate.
