At Woking Leisure Centre we have everything that you need to achieve your fitness goals and improve your health and wellbeing. The gym features all the equipment you need whether you are a complete beginner or a visit to the gym is part of your daily regime.

Following a recent £1.5 million refurbishment the gym at Woking Leisure Centre is now one of the best in the region. Situated on the same level as main reception it is ideally positioned with views over Woking Park with plenty of natural daylight.
We have the latest Technogym cardio and resistance machines with fully integrated touch screens you have the option of digital TV, radio, games, the option to connect your iPod, MP3 player, smartphone or iPhone; and now the machines are connected to the internet for browsing whilst getting fit. We have an good selection of treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and Concept II rowers and we also have a few machines you may have never used before such as the vario, cardiowave top and stairmill.
If all this isn’t enough we have a jungle gym with 6 suspension training stations, kettlebells, power bags, Viprs, plyobenches, a variety of medicine balls, stability balls and BOSU’s.
Available on a pay and play basis or save money with an annual or monthly membership.
Our team offer a range of specialised training knowledge, experience and can help you achieve your goals whether it be to lose weight, get a bit fitter, get back to fitness after injury or for competitive sport! Running since 1976, Woking Weightlifting is a British Weightlifting-affiliated club open to all abilities. Situated on the lower level of the centre, the ‘Power House’ is packed full of specialist Olympic lifting equipment, including women’s barbells and beginner’s training equipment. Beginners will learn the skill and complexity of the ‘snatch’ and ‘clean and jerk’ and once have grasped the basics, will be given a custom training programme so that you can get to work under our coach’s watchful eye. The club runs Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6pm. For non-members, the first session is free.
