Yoga Woking
A form of gentle precision exercise using breathing and relaxation techniques to enhance the union of body and mind. Yoga improves stability, energy, relaxation, balance and tranquillity while promoting inner peace and harmony.
Zumba Classes Woking
The original dance and cardio fitness party featuring high energy moves inspired by various styles of Latin American dance music and pop. Doesn’t matter if you’ve got two left feet – it’s about having fun!
Pilates Classes Woking
A calming and balancing mat-based workout, focusing on core strength. Pilates concentrates on slow and measured repetitive movements in order to create strong muscles and improve posture, flexibility and balance.

Strength & Toning
Tone up, work on a problem area or build core strength. Classes such as Les Mills Body Combat and Body Pump will leave you positively glowing!
Cardio / Indoor Cycling
Our cardio or MyRide classes will get your heart racing, your lungs pumping and help increase your overall stamina and fitness.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, you can pay individually for each class you attend. However, if you're participating in more than one class or activity a week then an annual or monthly membership can save you money - give our team a call and they'll be happy to help find the best value membership package for you. 1. How do I attend a class?
Book in advance to ensure your space is reserved, online app, at reception or by telephone.
2. What do I do on the day?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.
Arrive in good time so that you can take part in the warm-up and receive any instructions for the class. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
3. What if I can’t attend?
Please cancel your booking in good time so that someone else can enjoy the class and doesn’t have to miss out because of an unattended space.
Please be aware that no-shows will incur a non-attendance charge.

The minimum age for all our fitness classes is 14.
Yes, we offer a range of evening fitness classes Monday to Friday up until 8.30pm (8.45pm on Tuesdays). Take a look at our timetable for full details.
This depends on your personal fitness goals and availability. Generally, beginners should take part in two or three classes a week and consider increasing the number of sessions as fitness levels improve. Ultimately, the most important thing is to find a class you enjoy and challenges you every time.
Our Key Fitness membership is ideal for anyone who would like to make use of our gym facilities here and at our sister site Woking Sportsbox. You’ll also enjoy access to all our group exercise classes, swimming pool and racket courts. Head over to our Membership page for more information.
Yes - our Freedom Café serves a range of delicious hot and cold drinks and snacks. It’s a great place to relax and unwind after a fitness class!
All our fitness classes take place at Woking Leisure Centre, Kingfield Road, Woking, GU22 9BA. You can also find some great exercise classes at our sister sites, including Eastwood Leisure Centre and Woking Sportsbox.
