50+ sessions

 

walking football

Led by a co-ordinator with the first hour game play and the last half hour drills. Aimed for those aged 50+.

Tuesdays 10.00am - 11.30am
Fridays 10.00am - 11.30am

 

walking basketball

Led by a qualified coach from Woking Blackhawks, walking basketball is a slower paced version of the game aimed to get everyone involved. Sessions will consist of drills and game play aimed at those aged 50+.

Mondays 7.00pm - 8.00pm
(excludes bank holidays)


walking netball

Thursdays 1.00pm - 2.00pm

Walking Netball is a slower paced version of the game. during the session you will work on skills and drills to improve your game play. the sessions is led by a England Netball qualified coach. The session has been created to encurage women 50+ to get back into Netball.

Have you tried our adult trampolining sessions?

With fully qualified coaches, you'll be in safe hands as you discover a fun and rewarding new sport! Suitable for those aged 18+ and for all abilities and genders it is a fantastic way not only to learn new skills and keep fit, and make some great new friends.Even if you’re a total novice, come and have some fun with us every week!

Led by a co-ordinator for males and females aged 16+.
Consists of a warm-up, drills and game play.

squash club night

Led by a qualified faciltator, for adults aged 16+ of all abilities.

yoga (alpha road)

Led by a qualified instructor for males and females aged 16+. All abilities welcome. Session helps to increase flexibility, build strength and reduce stress.

An England Netball course led by a qualified netball coach for those ages 16+ who have never played netball before or want to get back into netball.
