50+ sessions

get active 50+ squash 101

This is a new session for beginners over 50, devised by England Squash and led by a qualified "squash 101" leader.
Squash 101 is friendly, informal and great fun, using lots of . enjoyable games to ensure that no session is the same!  Whatever your motivation, Squash 101 is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people, refine your skills and get a great cardio workout. 

Sundays 5.00pm - 5.45pm

walking football

Led by a co-ordinator with the first hour game play and the last half hour drills. Aimed for those aged 50+.

Tuesdays 10.00am - 11.30am
Fridays 10.00am - 11.30am


walking basketball

Led by a qualified coach from Woking Blackhawks, walking basketball is a slower paced version of the game aimed to get everyone involved. Sessions will consist of drills and game play aimed at those aged 50+.

Mondays 7.00pm - 8.00pm

Led by a cordinator for those aged 50+ including a gentle warm up.

Thursdays 1.00pm - 2.00pm


satellite clubs table tennis 

Led by a qualified table tennis coach the session is a fun way to learn new skills and develop old ones. The sessions are suitable for those aged 10 to 18 years.
