Our sports courses provide the opportunity to learn something new or brush up old skills with expert advice from our friendly coaches

Our courses offer a fun way to learn a sport or progress with skills in a current activity. They can be a great way of achieving a fitness goal, making new friends and taking your mind off daily pressure for an hour or so.

The courses vary in length and run during term time only unless otherwise stated.

Membership is not required although some coourses offer discount for members and/or key card holders.

Simply book on at the leisure centre or by calling 01483 771122. Your coach will be on hand to welcome you and help you get started.

Runtogether freedom runners

get me started - couch to 5k

Location – Woking Park

Led by a qualified leader who'll help you to get you off the couch and running your way to a 5k!  The course consists of a group warm-up, session to keep you motivated and meet new people followed by a group cool-down.

Led by a qualified Run England Run Leader to progress from the couch to 5k to reach 10k. Suitable for males and females aged 16+ (12+ if accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16+) who should be able to run 5k already.
