Group exercise classes offer structure, motivation and instructor-led technique to help you make the most of your workout.

At Woking Leisure Centre we have three fitness studios offering exercise classes for all abilities and levels of fitness, including the very popular Les Mills classes such as Body Balance and Body Pump as well as other favourites including  Zumba, yoga, circuits and indoor cycling.

The centre has a dedicated indoor cycling studio featuring MyRide technology with the very latest lighting and sound system ( as well as instructor led indoor cycling classes) and a virtual studio with a choice of pre-programmed classes and time slots when it is possible to select the class of your own choosing from a huge  list of options.

Classes are available on a pay and play basis or or save money with an annual or monthly membership .

Please be aware that we are currently running an amended timetable. 
This is to ensure that we can offer classes with appropriate social distancing, fewer participants and staggered class timings for your safety. It is our intention that these are short term actions that we need to take and will be reviewed regularly over the coming weeks and months.

Our classes are very popular and places are in high demand. If you cannot attend a class you have booked in advance we ask that you notify us so we can make the place available for another member.
