Group exercise classes offer structure, motivation and instructor-led technique to help you make the most of your workout.

At Woking we have three fitness studios offering over 75 exercise classes each week for all abilities and levels of fitness, including the very popular Less Mills classes including Body Balance and Body Pump as well as other favourites such as Zumba, yoga, circuits and indoor cycling.

During the refurbishment a dedicated indoor cycling studio featuring MyRide technology with the very latest lighting and sound system was installed. Classes are available on a pay and play basis or as part of an annual or monthly membership.

We also offer a virtual studio with a choice of pre-programmed classes or times where it is possible to select the class of your own choosing from a huge list of options.
