Our parties last one hour and then you have a 45 minute slot for your party tea. In total your party will last 1 hour and 45 minutes. 

On your arrival please let the receptionists know that you are here and they will inform you of where you must gather guests together. A member of party staff will come and introduce themselves to your party approximately 10-15 minutes before the party. Before going to your party a member of staff will advise where you can leave any food (self catering) and party decorations. 

Please note there may be other parties arriving at the same time so please ensure your party stays together. If parents aren't staying please make them aware of where they need to collect from (party tea room). Receptionists can remind parents when they come to collect their children.

Please confirm final numbers with the party host/coach and the children will be taken down in a line to the designated party area. 

During the party your host will play games with the children and make sure it runs smoothly so your child can have an unforgettable day. Once the party is over, the children will be asked to line up and get ready to move to the tea room. When you get to the party tea room you will be handed over to another member of our children's activities team will be there to help with your food.

You can purchase a birthday cake when booking your birthday party with us - simply speak to a member of the team when booking your party tea options.

Yes! On the day you will have two members of our team running your party where they will play games and supervise your party. the will be there to make sure your party runs smoothly and that your child has a memorable birthday. When moving to the party tea they will hand you over to another staff member who will be there to help with any needs you may have. However, during the tea time the member of staff is not responsible for entertaining the children.

Yes you can! Although nothing too big, small inflatables like doughnuts are okay. 

We do not require a deposit, our parties are paid in full upon booking on our website.

Once your party has been booked you will receive confirmation where you will be sent a party menu. Our catering team will call you around 10 days before the party to take your catering order and take payment for the food.

This is a good time to let them know about numbers and any allergies/dietary requirements any children have.

No you wont be. During our shared parties you may be sharing the space with other parties who have booked the same slot as you. We do offer exclusive parties which can be booked if you would rather it be just your party in the area.
