Yes, we offer parking and EV charging at Withdean. You can park for up to 3 hours for free but please register your vehicle at reception and speak to us if you need more time.
Yes we have a range of 'Pay as you go' options for activities, just pop down or phone ahead should your activity need booking.
Yes, alongside our outdoor courts we have two indoor tennis courts, ideal place to practise all year round.
There is no swimming pool at Withdean Sports Complex, however the following Freedom Leisure centres have swimming pools:
- Prince Regent Swimming Complex - Church Street, Brighton, BN1 1YA
- King Alfred Leisure Centre - Kingsway, Hove, Brighton, BN3 2WW
- St Luke’s swimming pool, St Luke's Terrace, Brighton, BN2 9ZE
Body combat is a fiercely energetic non contact programme inspired by martial arts. This workout involves a range of self-defence techniques which are challenging, yet simple and fun to learn. Contact us to find out more or book a Body Combat class online.
By car: the postcode for the Withdean Stadium is BN1 5JD. Join the A23 London Road and follow signs to Withdean Stadium. Turn onto Tongdean Lane then follow signs to Withdean Sports Complex.
