Voucher Terms and Conditions :
- Vouchers are valid from 17 September 2026 to 30 November 2026.
- The 10% Off Parties Voucher may only be redeemed once per party booking, even if payment is made in instalments. Customers may either:
Redeem 10% off the total party cost when paying in full or Redeem 10% off one instalment payment of their choice.
The party deposit is excluded from this offer.
- The 10% Off Parties Voucher is valid at all participating Brighton sites. The party must be booked by 30 November 2026, although the party itself may take place after this date.
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase or redemption. The original physical voucher must be provided and will be retained by the receptionist.
- Photographs, photocopies, screenshots, or digital versions of vouchers will not be accepted. Only original physical vouchers are valid.
- The Tag Band Voucher can be redeemed after a Level Up session has been booked. The tag band does not need to be pre-ordered and can be collected upon presentation of the voucher at the venue. We recommend booking your Level Up session in advance, as spaces are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
- One voucher per customer, per transaction.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or any alternative product or service.
- No change or credit will be given for any unused voucher value.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or voucher unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and may only be used by the recipient.
- We do not accept photographs, screenshots, or copies of vouchers. The original voucher must be presented in person.
- All vouchers are subject to availability, and redemption does not guarantee a booking or space.
- Tennis sessions may be booked up to two weeks in advance, subject to availability. As this is a special promotional offer, it cannot be booked or redeemed online. The original voucher must be presented and redeemed in person at Reception.
- Each voucher can only be redeemed at the site specified on the voucher unless otherwise stated.
- By redeeming a voucher, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions
