Soft Play Parties
Our new soft play with multi-storey play frame combines a game-themed zone for older kids, alongside a sensory toddler zone for the little ones!
Soft play party ideal for children aged 4 and under (upper age limit 12 years)
Cost: £13.00 per child
Minimum 10 and maximum of 30 children
Included in the price:
- Designated party room – for catering and decorating
- Squash and water
- 90-minute party – 60 minutes spent in soft play and the final 30 minutes in the party room
Tag Parties
Our play area has LED tag points located throughout in all sorts of tricky places with colours and shapes that link to display scoreboards when the tag bands are activated and tapped to the LED tag points.
Cost: £15.50 per child
Minimum 10 and maximum of 30 children (upper age limit 12 years)
Included in the price:
- Designated party room – for catering and decorating
- Squash and water
- Tag wristband loaded with three games – appropriate for 3 years+ which adds an extra element to the soft play experience. The wristbands are to keep for the children to use on future visits
- 90-minute party – 60 minutes spent in soft play and the final 30 minutes in the party room
- Three hours’ free onsite parking

Yes, we offer parking and EV charging at Withdean. You can park for up to three hours for free but please register your vehicle at reception and speak to us if you need more time.
Non-exclusive parties are available:
- Saturdays: 10.45–12.15, 13.00–14.30 and 15.00–16.30
- Sundays at 10.45–12.15, 12.45–14.15 and 14.30–16.00
- Weekdays during term time at 16.30–18.00 or 17.00–18.30
There is a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 30 per party. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Photos may be allowed in the private party room at the discretion of the duty manager, provided all parents have given permission. Photos are not permitted in the soft play area as it is part of a public session.
