Swimming can support up to 90% of the body’s weight in the water, meaning that those with disabilities, injuries or illnesses like arthritis can take part in a comfortable and safe environment. Swimming will help your wellbeing. 30 minutes of swimming 3 times per week have also seen improved sleep patterns & lower stress levels.
Swimming is a great activity for the whole family to participate in together. Have fun splashing around and practicing the life skill of swimming, a great way to cool down on hot days or to escape the rain during the traditional British summer.

We cater for students of all ages from the very young child entering our Swim School in a Parent & Toddler session / Discovery Ducklings from 4 months old to Adults of any age wanting to learn this very important life skill and to perfect their stroke and water confidence.
Our swim programme runs for 50 weeks per annum with students participating in one 25-30 minute lesson per week. Lessons are paid monthly by direct debit.
Our Swim Teachers are Level 2 SEQ / STA qualified and we often use Level 1 SEQ / STA qualified Swim Teacher assistants to support early years and larger groups if required. Many of our teachers have decades of swim teacher experience & knowledge.
We have a very strong relationship with Swim England and regularly review swim standards, processes, procedures & programmes to ensure the very best learning environment and outcomes.
