Functional training is becoming the most effective way to get all-round fitness fast! Our state of the art training area includes kettlebells, battle ropes, steps and hand weights.
Group Exercise programme
We’ve got a packed programme of classes from Pump to Yoga, Pilates to Zumba. Join as a member and you can access all our classes anytime or Pay as you go.
Indoor Cycling
We specialise in indoor cycling in our dedicated studio. Led by a team of highly trained instructors it’s not only great fun, very social but is guaranteed to improve your fitness.

If you’re new to working out in a gym, don’t worry! While your first trip can often feel daunting, our friendly team of highly skilled and qualified staff are always on hand to guide you. Pop along to the centre or get in touch and we’ll talk you through the options on how to get started. Everyone has their first time in a gym – we’re here to help make sure it won’t be your last time!
Absolutely! Joining a gym can have many benefits for your health and social life. Not only will you have access to a variety of equipment and facilities that can help you improve your overall fitness, balance and flexibility, but it’s also a great way to meet new people who share your interests and goals.
One essential item is a water bottle to stay hydrated during your workout along with a towel to wipe your sweat and keep yourself dry. You might also want to bring an extra towel if you plan to shower afterwards. If you enjoy listening to music while working out, don’t forget your headphones and charger.
