Yoga is a truly holistic exercise for the mind, body and soul. Along with traditional yoga, we also offer Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic version that links movement and breath in a flowing sequence of poses, improving flexibility, strength and balance.
We also offer Yin Yoga, a gentle alternative that holds poses for longer periods. It targets the deeper layers of connective tissue in the body, releasing tension, increasing circulation and promoting relaxation.

Why take part in fitness classes?
Possibly the best thing about group exercise is the very fact it is led by a professional. Unlike going solo in the gym or at home, attending a class is the next best thing to having a personal trainer, making it a really affordable way to spend time with someone who can help you achieve your fitness and better body goals.
Not only that, it’s a lot of fun, with an added social element to keep you motivated to return week after week and remain active for longer.
Have you tried Aqua Aerobics?
Not only are Aqua Fitness classes fun and a social way of staying active, but you'll also burn up to 300 calories an hour. Give it a try and feel all the better for it.

The number of fitness classes required to lose weight depends on a number of factors the type, duration and intensity of the class, as well as your weight and metabolism. There is no exact answer, but you can estimate it by using online calculators or apps, or by consulting a fitness professional. Generally, you need to create a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day to lose one pound per week.
If you have your own equipment such as a yoga mat or kettlebells, we would suggest bringing these along to classes. We also recommend that you bring along your own towel and water bottle.
