Westlands Group Exercise - With over 150 classes a week Westlands offer a wide and varied range of group exercise classes including Les Mills. From BODYPUMP™ & Studio Cycling to LBT & Yoga there’s something for everyone and our elite team of instructors are there to help you along your journey. **Booking required for all classes**


Circuit training combines all aspects of fitness in to one hour long class. 

The stations are set out by the instructor and designed to give a full body strength workout, full cardio workout, core activation and flexibility training. 

Our wide range of equipment and instructor led options means that you can tailor the class to your ability so everybody gets a good workout.

Legs, bums and tums

The leg, bum and tum areas are often considered the hardest to tackle when it comes to shifting the unwanted body fat. This class is a full body workout aiming to tone up those areas of your thighs, bum and stomach that are causing the problem.

Start with a warm up then squat, lunge and crunch your way to a fitter leaner you! Legs, Bums and Tums is great for anyone who wants to lose weight and tone up as it uses large muscle groups for a high calorie burn and exercises which target those problem areas.

The class is only 30 minutes long meaning it can fit in to even the busiest of schedules. The exercises are high intensity meaning you will burn the maximum amount of calories in a short period of time. This type of routine takes advantage of excess post exercise consumption. This means that your body goes in to overdrive and will continue to burn calories at a higher rate for up to 24 hours after you stop working.
