Classes are available to non-members on a pay as you go basis. Please contact the centre for more information.
For beginners, two or three classes weekly can provide a balanced routine without overwhelming the body. For people who are already active, they might aim for four to six classes, incorporating rest days and diversifying workout types to avoid overtraining and ensure muscle recovery.
