Supporting evidence of eligibility for this membership will be required, you must be able to show a wage slip dated from the previous month or a supporting headed letter from your company. You must be paid directly by the company listed.
NHS employees must be paid by the NHS directly or produce an ID badge clearly stating that they are an NHS employee.
Companies offering NHS services for example, Dentists / physiotherapists etc, will not qualify under the NHS if they do not have the above.
Police warrant cards / ID and MOD ID will also be accepted.
All Direct Debit memberships are subject to a minimum one month contract.
