It is wonderful to see so many of you beginning or continuing your swimming journey with us.

Appplemore

We are delighted to welcome Mike Hurst, the new General Manager at Applemore.

Mike has already been working hard to improve our facilities, with a strong focus on keeping the changing rooms clean and welcoming.

We are also excited to announce the launch of online bookings for sports hall activities.

Lymington

We are excited to share some great news, Louise is back from maternity leave. We know many of her swimmers will be delighted to see her returning poolside, bringing her energy and expertise back to lessons.

Ringwood

We are delighted to welcome our two new teachers, with Isabelle now started and leading Saturday lessons, and Henry joining us to teach throughout the week. 

Totton 

We are pleased to welcome Jake Hoy as the new General Manager at Totton. Jake has already arranged several deep cleans of the changing rooms, and the team is working hard to continue delivering excellent customer service. 

New Milton

We have installed ten new showers in the wet changing rooms at New Milton, and we hope our swimmers have been enjoying them.

We are also excited to introduce our brand-new snack packs, available from reception for only £3.50. The perfect treat for hungry swimmers after their lessons.

Award Week

Our next Award Week will take place from Monday 29th September to Sunday 5th October, giving our swimmers the opportunity to earn a certificate and badge for their achievements so far.

October Crash Courses

Our small class crash courses are now open for booking at all venue receptions, with just 4 swimmers per class. Enjoy a 5-day course for only £57, book today to secure your spot and avoid disappointment.

Pay As You Go Lessons

Our Pay As You Go swim lessons give swimmers the flexibility to book individual sessions without committing to a full course. These lessons are perfect for those who want to fit swimming around their schedule, try a new class, or get extra practice to improve their skills.

We offer PAYG lessons at our venues throughout the week:

Applemore:

Wednesdays 09:00 & 09:30 – Adult Swimming Lessons

Fridays 09:05 – Adult Beginner and Improver Lessons

Lymington:

Thursdays 19:30 – Under 18s Swim Fit Session

Saturdays 17:00 – Stamina Session (Stage 7 and above)

New Milton:

Wednesdays 18:50 – Adult Swim Fit Session

Ringwood:

Tuesdays 10:00 – Adult Beginners and Improvers

Tuesdays 10:30 – Adult Improvers and Advanced

When booking your little one’s birthday party online at Applemore or Ringwood, please use the following booking codes:

These codes are required to complete your online booking.

A Few Friendly Reminders

• All swimmers should wear coloured swim hats unless a medical condition has been reported to us. If you have not collected your swimmer's hat yet, please speak to reception. These hats are free of charge so collect yours today.
• With wet weather approaching, please bring a spare pair of shoes or flip flops to access the changing areas. All outdoor footwear must be removed to prevent mud being carried onto the changing room floors.
• Please remember to bring your swipe cards for quick and easy access through the turnstiles.
• Parents are kindly asked to watch swim lessons from the pool galleries and not from poolside.
