Our health suite can be used on a pay as you go basis or enjoyed as part of your membership package.

Users must be over 16 years of age.
Please check in at reception to recieve a user band and door code.
Door codes are changed daily.
No pay as you go members can purchase a swim and health suite ticket at reception.
A sauna operates at 85-100C
A steam room operates at a temperature of 40-50C and 80-100% humidity.
