This much-loved story is brought to life by a talented young cast, featuring all the characters you know and love – from Dorothy and Toto to the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion. With vibrant costumes, familiar songs and heartfelt performances, this production offers a fresh take on a timeless journey.
Join us as we travel through Oz in a family-friendly show full of charm, imagination and energy. Whether you're discovering the story for the first time or returning to an old favourite, this youth-led production promises an unforgettable trip somewhere over the rainbow.
Cardboard Box Theatre presents Beauty and the Beast

Get ready for a magical festive adventure as Cardboard Box Theatre returns with a brand new pantomime, packed with laughs, music and a unique twist on a classic fairy tale. This upbeat, high-energy show is guaranteed to have the whole family dancing in their seats.
Returning to the cast are Imogen Emmott and Holly Goble as cheeky chappy Pesto and the evil fairy Primrose. Joining them are Amelia Stead as Belle, Matt Wason as Dame Madame Bun Le Baker and Kristen Green as Dottie Lottie Potty. Making his Cardboard Box Theatre debut is Company Director Matthew Williams in the role of the Beast.
With a fantastic soundtrack, a brilliant cast and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments, this is a festive treat not to be missed.
The show is in proud support of Mind, the mental health charity.
