Weight Management Course

We will be running this FREE 12 week course with these weekly benefits:

2 courses available: every Wednesday 10am-12pm or every Thursday 7-9pm with Katie (Nutrition and Food Science, BSc)

  • One hour nutritional support
  • One to one sessions in the gym*
  • One hour group activity
  • FREE Village Health Club Membership from week 6 which can be used outside of the 2 hour session.
  • We will offer a daytime and evening 2 hour weekly session.
  • * One to one gym sessions will be at week 1,2,3,7 and 12 and booked outside of the 2 hour weekly session.
