2 courses available: every Wednesday 10am-12pm or every Thursday 7-9pm with Katie (Nutrition and Food Science, BSc)
- One hour nutritional support
- One to one sessions in the gym*
- One hour group activity
- FREE Village Health Club Membership from week 6 which can be used outside of the 2 hour session.
- We will offer a daytime and evening 2 hour weekly session.
- * One to one gym sessions will be at week 1,2,3,7 and 12 and booked outside of the 2 hour weekly session.
