We’re delighted to let you know that we’re upgrading our online booking systems to make your experience even smoother, faster, and more reliable — whether you book your favourite activities through our website or via the Freedom Leisure App.
To make this upgrade happen, we’ll be switching over to the new system next week, and there will be a short period of downtime while we make the transition.
Here’s What You Need to Know:
Our booking systems will be offline and unavailable from Tuesday 11 Nov at 8.00pm until Friday 14 Nov at approximately 9.00am. You can still call us to book during this time. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes!
What to Expect with the New System:
You’ll enjoy an easier login process — no more usernames. Simply use your Email Address + Password.
If you need to update your email, our friendly reception team is here to help.
Once we go live, you’ll receive an email with a link to enter your email address, set your password, and hit ‘Register’. Verify your email, and you’re all set to enjoy the new and improved booking experience.
