Declan Tweedie
I became a qualified gym instructor and sports coach nearly ten years ago, starting my journey at just 16. Helping others has always been my passion, and I discovered early on that fitness is an incredible way to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. Whether I'm leading a boot camp or guiding someone through their gym routine, I take great pride in empowering others to achieve their fitness goals and grow stronger, both physically and mentally. I’ve seen first-hand how fitness not only transforms the body but also significantly boosts mental health, fostering resilience and a positive mindset.
Emma Curry
I have been teaching at the Stour Centre for 12 years. My first love is Les Mills BodyAttack, a cardio fitness class. Since qualifying in BodyAttack, I've also trained in group cycling, Les Mills Core, Tone, Grit, BodyBalance, Powerhoop, and kids' fitness. I'm a Level Three Personal Trainer and love meeting and training customers, seeing my clients progress and get fitter. The Stour Centre is a fantastic place for everyone to get fitter, socialise, and have fun.

I've qualified to teach a variety of classes, including Aqua, PowerHoop, Dance Fitness, and Flow classes. Most recently, I've trained to teach FLEX, WalkFit, MenoFit, Lift Lean, and Freestyle Fitness Yoga. I love sharing my passion for fitness and wearing super loud neon workout wear!
Marina Ezcurra
I'm a scientist by day and an instructor by night! I work as a researcher and lecturer at university, and after work, I change into my gym kit to teach fitness classes. I'm passionate about fitness and lifelong health, and I love connecting with my local community through exercise. For me, it's all about moving together - we work out, get stronger and fitter, feel happier, and make new friends at the same time. What's not to like about that?
