How does the new parking system work? |
· Upon arriving for your activity, check in at reception. · Inside the entrance barriers, you’ll find a parking unit. · Scan your membership card into the system, enter your registration number and receive 4 hours of FREE PARKING. · If you need more time, you can purchase extra parking at the same machine after your free period expires, or use the external parking machines to buy tickets. |
What happens if I need more than 4 hours of parking? |
If your activity or stay exceeds 4 hours, you can purchase additional parking time at the same machine where you entered your registration number, or at the external parking machines. |
How do I get the 4 hours of free parking? |
Simply scan your membership card at the car parking unit located inside the entrance barriers after you check in at reception and enter your registration number. This will automatically give you 4 hours of free parking. |
Can I use the external parking machines to pay? |
Yes, if you require more time after your free parking period, you can either purchase additional time at the car parking unit inside or at the external pay-and-display machines. |
What if I come to the centre more than once a day? |
Customers can claim their next FREE parking period 4 hours after the expiration of the previous period. |
What should I do if I forget to register my vehicle? |
It is important to remember your membership card to avoid receiving a parking fine. A replacement card costs £5.00. |
Is the parking system available 24/7? |
The parking system operates during leisure centre hours. Please ensure you register your vehicle upon arrival for your chosen activity. |

Is parking still free after 6pm? |
All parking restrictions still apply, so parking is still free after 6pm and there is no need to register your car at the machine after this time. |
Do Gympass/Wellhub users get free parking? |
Yes, for anyone who uses Gympass or Wellhub, please ask reception for the code for you to input on the parking monitors. The code will frequently be changed. |
