Hi, I am Emma. I have been teaching group fitness classes for 10 years; from a calm and stretching BodyBalance class to high energy HIIT class, GRIT and everything in between. I love being actively involved and in seeing participants sweat and enjoy their classes with me. I have been a personal trainer for 3 years, I get so much satisfaction from seeing my clients achieve their goals, be it from weight loss, strength building or simply for mental health and a good old chat.
