Group Exercise Classes

We boast three NEW exercise, dance and indoor cycling studios at The Stour Centre, each of which hosts a huge range of group exercise, dance and mindfulness classes. These sessions are ideal for everyone, regardless of age (over 16), fitness level or ability.

indoor cycling

Our NEW dedicated Indoor Cycling studio is the envy of all others. Initially we will have a full programme of 'virtual' classes so you can workout when it's convenient to you. More instructor led classes will be added to the programme so check back for updates. The studio has full surround sound and effect lighting as well as a floor to ceiling screen giving you the full ‘outdoors, indoors’ experience.
