Well-equipped and spacious gym
Our equipment includes a combination of machines such as treadmills, cross-trainers and climbers alongside other weight resistance machines.
Stretch and warm up area
Stretch and warm up before and after your workout in our designated stretch area.

When going to the gym, it's best to wear comfortable and breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion along with trainers that provide proper, non-slip support. Avoid loose jewellery and overly baggy clothing, as they may get caught in the equipment.
While your first trip to a new gym can often feel daunting, our friendly team is on hand to help and answer any questions you may have. Pop along to the Pemberton centre or give us a call and we’ll talk you through how to get started. Everyone has their first time in a gym – we’re here to help make sure it won’t be your last time!
How often you should go to the gym depends on your individual goals, fitness level and the type of workouts you are doing. For general fitness, we would recommend 3-5 times a week for up to an hour each time. However, if you're new to working out, it’s important not to overdo it as this can lead to muscle strain or injury.
Yes, our gym is open until 9:00pm Monday to Friday. Please note the earlier closing time of 4:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
