Personal training is a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals at the Nene Centre. We have a selection of personal trainers with different specialties and skills to help anyone achieve their goals

From weight loss to bulking up, sport specific training to improving your overall health and wellbeing the Nene Centre has a variety of trainers and equipment to suit everyone. Personal trainers can help increase or maintain your motivation levels, improve and check your technique so that you don't injure yourself and teach you new ways of training in the gym. If you have injured yourself then personal training is also a great way to get back on track with some rehabilitation work, the trainers can then work on certain areas so that you don't get any reoccuring injuries.

Marie Kennedy

Marie is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Activity on Referral Instructor

I am passionate about helping people hit their health and fitness goals, whatever they may be. I love pushing people out of their comfort zones, it's never as bad as you think it might be!

I get pleasure in helping people reap the benefits of exercise, from having more energy, to the feel good factor and being able to get up and down off the floor without struggling.

Marie is also a Pre + Post Natal Buggyfit Instructor, Group Indoor Cycling Instructor and Boxercise Instructor
