I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Kettlebells/ Medicine ball and pre/post-natal training. My favourite area of expertise is pre and post-natal fitness. I love helping ladies keep fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy and to enjoy training again after having a baby, adapting exercises along the way to meet their personal needs and goals.

I have always had a keen interest in sports and have been playing a variety of different ones from an early age. Hence this has led me to a career in the fitness industry since 2017. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients of all ages and abilities and more importantly seeing them achieving their goals.
