Covid-19 Restrictions now removed
In light of the governments updated guidelines, from 19th July COVID restrictions have been removed. in order to maintain the highest safety levels we will be keeping the following protocols in place:
If you would like a gym orientation we would be happy to book one in for you. Our instructor will cover all of the important health and safety requirements showing you how to use the equipment safely and guidance about what equipment is best to use to achieve the results you desire. These sessions are free to book at Reception & will last only 20 mins.
If you are an experienced gym user, there is no need for an orientation, you just need to fill out a health commitment form and you're off!
Fitness programmes & analysis
Are you bored with your gym programme? Let one of our Gym Instructors put together a detailed programme of exercise so you are safe in the knowledge that you are working effectively when exercising on your own.
For a more detailed overview of your general health we also offer Fitness MOTs. Through a bio-electrical impedance test and other standard testing/measurement analysis our instructors can show an individual where they might need to improve or where to focus to yield faster results.

New 30 minute core gym classes
Starting back Monday 19th July 2021...
Come and take part in our gym-based circuit classes using the NEW functional space and equipment. Improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, power, agility, speed and BURN PLENTY OF CALORIES in 30 mins.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11am.
The classes are included in the price of a gym admission.

youth gym (11 – 13yrs)
Our Youth gym offers the opportunity for young people to become confident within a gym environment, whilst improving their health and fitness as well as their knowledge.
It is suitable for young people of all abilities and experience, with tailored programmes aimed at improving fitness levels. All sessions are supervised by a qualified Gym Instructor. An excellent way to burn energy, whilst making new friends and socialising! Speak to our Reception or Fitness team for more information and prices.
Sessions take place on Mondays & Wednesdays 4pm-5pm starting Monday 13th September 2021.
Fridays: 10th, 17th, 24th September, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th October 4pm-5pm

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Kettlebells/ Medicine ball and pre/post-natal training.
My favourite area of expertise is pre and post-natal fitness. I love helping ladies keep fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy and to enjoy training again after having a baby, adapting exercises along the way to meet their personal needs and goals.
I have worked in fitness since 2009 and really enjoy working with the variety of ages and abilities of customers who walk through the door. There is nothing better than seeing someone achieve their goal; no matter how big or small! Fitness is very personal journeys so don’t worry about what others can do. Feel free to come and chat with me if you would like some advice or help with working on yours, we can work together to find a style that gets the best out of you enabling you to enjoy your training.
I have always had a keen interest in sports and have been playing a variety of different ones from an early age. Hence this has led me to a career in the fitness industry since 2017. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients of all ages and abilities and more importantly seeing them achieving their goals.
I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in spin classes, kettlebell exercise and circuit training. With a sporty background I am also able to offer sport specific training as well as any nutritional advice that will compliment your outstanding goal, whether it be losing fat, toning up or building muscle.
I will orchestrate my training style to whatever we both feel will get the most out of you, as my goal is for you to achieve yours. So come and speak to me in the gym and we can organise some sessions to make this happen.

I am a level 3 Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in; Core Training and Kettlebell training. I enjoy the science behind training and can help you with technique regarding lifts or trying to get out of a plateau.
My training currently is a mixture of Strength training and Cardiovascular training with the goal of competing an Ironman 70.3 in 2022. Programming my training around work is a skill I have learnt, and I am more than happy to try and make this less stressful for you.
