How to book a fitness class

To book your class, please call Tandridge Leisure Centre on 01883 716 717 (option 1) or if you are a Premier or Group Exercise member, why not sign up to book your classes online?

  • Premier and Group Exercise members can book seven days in advance
  • Gym & Swim members can book five days in advance
  • Centre members can book and pay five days in advance
  • Non members can book and pay three days in advance.

This gentle form of holistic exercise uses breathing and relaxation techniques to enhance the union of body and mind. Yoga improves stability, relaxation and balance while promoting inner peace and harmony.

Pilates Oxted

Pilates Oxted

A calming and balancing mat-based workout, focusing on core strength. Pilates uses slow and measured movements in order to create lean and strong muscles. It’s gentle but highly effective for improving posture, flexibility and preventing injuries.
