From beginners through to advanced you will learn static poses, spins, transitions and inverts as well as strength training, body conditioning and split stretching. The classes are not intended to train you professionally, they are there to welcome women of all ages and sizes in a full body workout with a difference.

We run classes in 4 week blocks at a cost of £30 per block. Sessions run every Monday & Tuesday 8.30-9.30pm.
