Trampolining is a convenient and enjoyable way to boost your cardiovascular health. Our instructor will take you through the basic moves from tuck jumps to swivel hips, building confidence and ability.
Sessions are aimed at children aged 5-16 years and run every Monday evening.

£4.50 non-member £4.00 (leisure pass) FREE (junior/family members)
Booking is recommended as sessions are popular. Members can book up to 8 days in advance, non members on the day.
