Trampolining is a convenient and enjoyable way to boost your cardiovascular health. Our instructor will take you through the basic moves from tuck jumps to swivel hips to more challenging front/back drops, building confidence and ability.
Sessions are aimed at 16+ years and run every Monday evening.
