Aerobics classes
We have a varied range of studio and water based aerobics classes to suit all abilities and preferences from our Mind & Body classes such as Yoga to Cardio classes such as Legs, Bums & Tums or our popular Strength & Conditioning classes such as Stretch & Tone.
All our friendly instructors will adapt the class so all abilities are able to participate and enjoy them.
Our classes are included on a Premier membership and are bookable 8 days in advance for members. Non members can just turn up or book on the day.
