Pilates Street
A low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility and mind-body connection. Our sessions include a series of controlled movements performed on a mat where we concentrate on precise movements that engage the deep abdominal muscles, improve posture and enhance balance and stability.

You do not require a membership to visit the centre however it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits and is better value for money. You can visit us on a pay as you go basis if you would prefer not to commit to a membership.
Yes, we have free parking at the centre, max 3 hours stay.
Our friendly team of highly skilled & trained staff are always on hand to guide you. Pay us a visit or get in touch and we’ll talk you through the options on how to get started. Everyone has their first time in a gym – we’re here to help.
Yes, the gym is available within our opening hours.
You must be 11yrs+ to use our Gym. Anyone under the age of 16 will need to be supervised by an adult (18yrs+) We have allocated times for those aged 11-15 to use the gym. Please visit our timetable.
