Please note that unfortunately the main pool, sauna and lower gym remain closed at this time. We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as these facilities are able to reopen.
In the meantime, our classes, upper gym and small pool are all open and available to use.

You do not require a membership to visit the centre however it is advised as this gives you access to additional benefits and is better value for money. You can visit us on a pay as you go basis if you would prefer not to commit to a membership.
Yes, we have free parking at the centre, max 3 hours stay.
Our friendly team of highly skilled & trained staff are always on hand to guide you. Pay us a visit or get in touch and we’ll talk you through the options on how to get started. Everyone has their first time in a gym – we’re here to help.
Yes, the gym is available within our opening hours.
You must be 11yrs+ to use our Gym. Anyone under the age of 16 will need to be supervised by an adult (18yrs+) We have allocated times for those aged 11-15 to use the gym. Please visit our timetable.
