Swim for your health & fitness
Swimming uses all the muscles in the body so you will get a full body workout. Exercising in water makes your body work harder so 30 minutes in a pool is worth 45 minutes of the same activity on land.
Swim with family & friends
Taking the family to the pool is always going to be great exercise for parents, but in a fun environment. It also allows family bonding time, and the time to teach your children how to be safe around water and how to swim. Please arrive 15 minutes before your session.
Swim as part of a group exercise programme
It gives you a great workout, gently increasing your pulse and breathing, so it's great for helping to improve your heart health. It also strengthens and tones muscles.
Learn to swim with us
We help children from 3 months upwards and adults to learn how to swim. It’s a fantastic experience that opens up new possibilities for everyone, as well as supporting confidence, enjoyment and safety in the water.
