Swimming

At Stafford Leisure Centre we offer a range of swimming lessons to suit you. Swimming is a great form of exercise for the whole body. The swimming pool provides a great environment for warming up or cooling down after a gym workout but is also a very effective exercise in its own right. The water provides additional resistance for your muscle groups to work against and supports some of your body weight reducing the strain on your joints.

Adult only lane swimming, Family swimming, Aqua tots, Over 50s sessions, Pre-natal and GP Referral and Injury Rehabilition session

Our gym is equipped with the very latest exercise equipment with an extensive range of cardiovascular and resistance stations. Our gym has over 100 pieces of equipment for our members to take advantage of Stafford Leisure Centre ensures that you’ll be working out in safe and comfortable surroundings.

Stafford Leisure Centre has a number of highly qualified Fitness Instructors to support you with your gym experience. Whether you are recovering from injury, looking to lose weight and get your summer body ready or maybe just need a friendly face our team are here to help.

At Stafford Leisure Centre, we have a wide range of classes so you are bound to find the right one to suit you. You can be sure that you’ll have a great time building your fitness and improving your self-confidence. We have over 50 instructor led classes per week.

These include Body Combat, Body Pump, Zumba, Exercise to Music, Body Balance, HITT, Step, Yoga, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, Aqua Fit and many more!

We also offer a range of small group training with our gym team including Abs Blast, HIIT, Introduction to Strength etc.
