Here at St Johns we have 2 air conditioned gyms - we offer a wide variety of the very latest fitness equipment including both cardio-vascular and resistance training equipment. Catering for everyone’s health and fitness needs, whether your goal is to maintain general fitness, lose weight, tone up, develop strength or train for a specific sport.
The gym is included for free with our inclusive membership package, or we offer a pay as you go option.
If you are just in the area for a short space of time and want to continue your training we can offer you a one off session in the gym for £10.
Monday - Friday morning 7:00am - 10:00am and Friday afternoon 4:00pm - 6:00pm we offer a reduced rate for over 50's. Please call reception for more information 01905 429900.
An air conditioned dance studio with sprung wooden floor, mirrored front wall and integrated music system.
We hold the majority of our group exercise classes in this room and we offer a wide range of classes including body balance, body attack, body pump, freestyle fitness yoga, fitness pilates, HIIT, zumba and many more...
This room is also used by martial art groups and for dance practice.
