NEW CLASS: Les Mills BODYCOMBAT™
We're excited to introduce BodyCombat to our fitness timetable!
This high-energy, martial arts-inspired workout combines punches, kicks and cardio exercises to help improve fitness, build strength and burn calories. No experience is needed, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Birthday Party Offer - Only £120!
Looking for a fun, active and hassle-free birthday party? Our fantastic party package is available for just £120!
Party Package Includes:
- Up to 25 children
- 1 hour exclusive use of the Main Hall for games and activities
- 30 minutes in our Studio for food, cake and birthday celebrations (food not provided)
- Tables and chairs provided
- Total party time: 1.5 hours
